Managing our stocks is a critical aspect of our operations. Optimizing stock levels while continuing to guarantee our customers excellent service requires constant monitoring and fine-tuning. So we invest heavily in our people and in training, software systems and resources to achieve this. A few years ago, for instance, we introduced a sophisticated platform lift system for the storage of a significant proportion of our components, and have brought in an innovative software system for stock control.
