Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Shanghai is a Representative Office of the van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group established in 2002. Our core business is the procurement of Chinese-made industrial steel materials for all worldwide Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube affiliates as well as supplying foreign steel products for the domestic China oil and gas market.

The Van Leeuwen Shanghai Office is a specialist in sourcing for Chinese-made steel materials and has an extensive knowledge and experience in the Chinese steel market. Over the years, we have established and nurtured strong business relationships “guanxi” with major Chinese mills, such as TPCO, Baosteel, Hengyang Steel. We are capable of supplying a full range of pipes, fittings and flanges in carbon, stainless and alloy steel grades.  

Van Leeuwen Shanghai also provides and implements quality control systems in China through steel mill audits and evaluations, identifying and qualifying reliable Chinese steel mills as suppliers of Van Leeuwen. This reduces quality risks and substantially improves reliability when using Chinese-made steel materials supplied by Van Leeuwen.
