Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube (Thailand) is part of the Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group, a globally operating industrial enterprise in steel pipes, pipe components and valves. In total, the Group has several dozen branches located throughout Europe, Asia (including the Middle East), Australia and Canada. Employing about 1100 people and with a turnover of around 750 million euros, the Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group is among the international leaders in its field.

Mr P. van Leeuwen founded the Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group in 1924. The foreign expansion started with the foundation of a subsidiary in the Belgium Vilvoorde (1947). After 1950 Van Leeuwen expanded its European network by setting up other European locations in France, England and Germany. In the 70's and 80's the company spread its wings to North America, Asia and Australia. This was later followed by expansion into the Middle East and, recently, China and Central Europe. Van Leeuwen has grown to its present size through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
