Van Leeuwen is an international distributor of steel pipes, tubes, fittings and flanges. Alongside the material, we provide the processing, testing, logistics and project coordination that turn stock into parts a customer can install directly.
Processing
Van Leeuwen processes pipes and tubes to customer specification: cutting to length, sawing, bending, drilling, machining, threading, bevelling, blasting, coating and preservation.
Tube solutions
Tube solutions covers engineered tube components developed together with the customer. Van Leeuwen works from a drawing or a functional requirement to a finished, assembled part, and takes responsibility for material selection, tolerances and series production.
Digital services
Digital services connect the customer's purchasing systems to Van Leeuwen's stock and order data. This includes EDI order exchange, punch-out catalogues, online stock availability and order tracking.
MRO
MRO stands for maintenance, repair and operations. Van Leeuwen supplies pipes, fittings and flanges for plant maintenance, shutdowns and turnarounds, using call-off contracts and managed stock so that materials are available when a plant is opened.
Global project management
For capital projects, Van Leeuwen assigns a dedicated project team that sources across mills, monitors production and delivery, collects certification and consolidates shipments to the project site. Projects are coordinated from one branch regardless of where the material is produced.
Logistical services
Van Leeuwen manages storage, consolidation and delivery of pipes and tubes. Options include direct delivery to site, buffer stock held on the customer's behalf and scheduled call-off deliveries.
Testing and material inspections
Van Leeuwen supplies material certificates in line with EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2, and arranges non-destructive testing, positive material identification, hardness and dimensional inspection.
Technical information
The technical information section holds standards, steel grades, dimensional tables and conversion data for pipes, tubes, fittings and flanges, so that customers can check material properties before ordering.
