ZWIJNDRECHT, the Netherlands, 27 January 2026 – On January 16, 2026, Royal Van Leeuwen signed an agreement to acquire the German company C+R HYDRAULICS GmbH, a specialized supplier of high-quality hydraulic products. Subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities, the transaction is expected to be completed by the end of February.
Founded in Munich in 1984, C+R HYDRAULICS serves the European market as a specialist supplier of high-quality hydraulic products, such as chrome-plated bars and cylinder tubes, for customers in the fluid power sector, including hydraulic cylinder manufacturing and repair. The company reports annual revenues of more than € 40 million and employs approximately 45 people.
C+R HYDRAULICS’ national and international operations, including the office and warehouse in Moosburg, sales offices in Munich and Wuppertal, will become part of the Royal Van Leeuwen organization. The company will continue to operate under the name C+R HYDRAULICS as part of Royal Van Leeuwen, benefiting from Van Leeuwen’s global network and an extended portfolio of products and services.
